Immerse Your Soul In Love

I've written my Evaluation for my Final Year project and it finally feels like it's comming to an end! I still have little bits to do, mainly trimming it by up to 2,000 words =/ but it's getting there. It's going to be such a huge relief to get it out the way.

I downloaded quite an interesting documentary the other day about most of our universe missing. It was obviously about Dark Matter but i didn't know it was so sketchy and theoretical. They basically don't know what it is, they've just given it a name. There's a researcher who has been looking for dark matter, and because it can pass through the Earth (not being in this dimension) he's doing it down a mine, and in 16 years he's had no luck whatsoever. I just thought he was an idiot.

Talking about other dimensions i also found that a paper has been released saying that warp speed is possible (Link). It's pretty interesting. Yes i am a nerd. It talks about other demensions (a possible 8 including the 4 we already know) and using the link between gravity and electromagnatism in one of these dimensions we could build and anti-gravity drive which'll allow us to enter that demension where the speed of light should be greater. They compare it to the dimension that contains Dark Energy, which is what is accelerating the expansion of the universe, but it's a bit beyond me.

It's been a long time since my last post, but in all fairness i've had little to post about. Gradually getting through my Final Year Report, up to about 10,000 words with a couple of sections still to go which means i might have to go back through it and cut it down a little.

I have tickets to see Radiohead live once more! =D The tickets went on sale saturday morning and i spent 2 hours retrying the webpage form with one hand and redailing the booking offce on my mobile with the other. When i got through the Monday gig was sold out but there were just 100 tickets left for the Tuesday one so big relief. That's me and Wilson sorted, i just hope Ben and Mike can get tickets off eBay and actually able to make it to the Tuesday one. Obviously anybody else is welcomed to join us too.

I've recently realised i've knackered my DVD writer =/ I'm pretty sure it happened when i tried to 'overburn'. I have a series that is 4550mb big and the discs are 4500 so it was not a massive increase, and due to the drive being a good brand i thought it'd be fine. But alas i was wrong, so here's a warning to everyone else.

They only cost about £20 - £25 now anyway but added onto the price of 1GB RAM and a 300GB HDD and Radiohead tickets i'm becoming very poor very fast =(

It's 5 and i've done nothing today. I'm not even dressed. I need to turn this day around but i guess this post was just another distraction.

Will this work ever end? I've almost finished everything about my project, except the 10,000 work essay that's actually worth most the marks. In truth i could've/should've started it days ago but i've just been doing nothing instead. Nothing is a much more attractive option than work.

I just want to sleep through this entire weekend.

Another week gone by already! I don't know why this last week has gone so fast, it's just been like all my other weeks. I think i probably should've done more of my project this week, but it is very close to being ready for testing =) Woo! Then i have my report to look forward too =/ If anyone was wanting to help test my project then let me know if i don't already!

Again, very little to report really. Been listening to a bit of Arcade Fire, Kashmir, Jamiroquai, UNKLE and Dreadzone this week.

I've watched a couple more old Gamesmasters this week. They occasionally keep popping up as people find them on old videos. I need more though! It's far too good a program to just die like it has done =(

I might have to end it there, my project has drained all my creativity from me. It's not even enjoyable, i don't decided whether i like a new feature i've just added, it's just a slog working through my list of things to do. It better all be worth while.

Things To do:

• Listen to more different music


• Use my time better


• Carry on avoiding really late nights


• Go to my lessons so i don't fail my modules


• Relax more
