The Masterplan
It's been so difficult to get work done! It's taken me two days to just write 1200 words =/ The deadline is wednesday so i just hope the looming deadline will motivate me a lot more. I've changed my essay topic from Nanotechnology to Technology in Football as after doing more research discovered how hard and complicated nanotech actually is =P
I finished Tomb Raider Legend last week, and tonight i finally got 100% after going back through the levels to get all the secrets. I will have to admit i used a walkthrough for some of them but a few were just ridiculous. I challenge anyone to find the Gold secret on the first level without a walkthrough! =)
Overall it was a great game, though i wish it was longer. There was only about 8 levels and you could probably do the longest one within 30 mins. I have enjoyed it though and will probably start it again in the not too distant future.
I've been reading my Geometry, Relativity and the Fourth Dimension book and it's been quite a challenging read so far. Although Rudy does explains the subject really well, the actual difficulty of the subject itself makes it very hard to comprehend at times. I'd be interested in what someone with less mathematical experience than myself will make of it. I'm currently learning about the concept of Curved Space, but i won't even try to explain it...
I'm looking forward to getting this week out the way with, after my essay deadline i just have my informal Final Year Project presentation on the Friday. Liverpool play in the FA Cup Final on the Saturday which i'm already getting excited about, then i'll be going to see Radiohead in Wolverhampton on the Tuesday after! I'll be home next weekend no later than the Sunday i think, probably the Saturday. Maybe even the Friday but we'll have to wait and see.
One more thing, how exciting are Prison Break and Lost getting?! As they're both heading towards their season finales the next few weeks are going to be great =)
Here's a short film (music by Aphex Twin):
Rubber Johnny documents a 16-year-old, inbred mutant's solitary existence, locked in a pitch-black basement by his ... all ยป ashamed parents. They are TV-addict rednecks who occasionally feed Johnny and yell at him for making noise. Johnny's only company in the basement is his little horrified Chihuahua dog. His dog's I.Q. far outstrips Johnny's, who is a completely insane, bi-polar imbecile. Capable of morphing his body, he spends his life trying to amuse himself and his dog.
