Every Day Is Exactly The Same
At the moment the title to this post is true. I've listened to lots of music today, mainly Dreadzone, Kashmir, Manics, Moby, NIN and Massive Attack. A lot of stuff I've not listen to much recently. It's been good.
I've also done a lot of MySQL setting up my database for my Final Year Project. I first said i needed to start my implementation a couple of weeks ago now and it still doesn't feel underway as such. I have now bought a PHP & MySQL book though. My tutor keeps telling me I'm doing well but i don't think he realises how much i have to do. Anyways my database is very nearly set up (excluding indexing atm) and is populated with all 470 players. I'm still not totally sure of how to deal with the dates and weeks the game uses, i keep telling myself I'll cross that bridge later.
I've watched all Neon Genesis: Evangelion the past week, including the film. I thought it was excellent, if not a little confusing. I think it got the concepts it wanted to across, but they were quite intense. I thought the end of the series was inspiration with dealing with the characters psychological issues (the creator had suffered with depression before he started work on Neon Genesis) and the film had interesting religious interpretations. Plus if you didn't want to get too deep, it had massive fighting robots =) I won't give anything away but i recommend anyone to give it a go.
I've also been watching Celebrity Big Brother, it's a lot better than last years dire effort. There's a lot of interesting characters in it. Pete was quite funny but now he just seems to be angry and bitter all the time for no reason. Barrymore was funny too but now he just looks like he's broken down. Dennis Rodman has been great and will be to the end. I'm almost embarrassed to say i think i want Preston to win, just because he's had to take a lot of crap off the bitter older housemates and has taken it all pretty well. I don't like Chantelle, there have been a lot more awful dumb blondes on in the past though.
That's pretty much a glimpse of my life of late. That might mean i won't have anything to post over the next few weeks =P
Peace x

Yes, every day is exactly the same at the moment. I have even, at the prompting of my so-called friends, ventured into the hell that is myspace. And I'm spending a ridiculous amount of time watching my flatmate play Prince of Persia... watch him run, watch him jump, watch him run out of sand and die...
:)
